If you have a wiki account, you can edit this page. A long-lived folktale claims its original use was for testing “wiki syntax”, but nowadays it's used for game-related jokes, memeing, and other light-hearted, silly OC stuff instead.
Feel free to post whatever.

What? Using the playground for its intended purpose???
You've been terminusated! Terminateus someone else to get un-terminused from terming.
Remember, it's terminus, not terminthem.

You wouldn't get it
When asked just how deep the lore of Terminus goes, one of the easiest examples to provide is the flourishing meme culture that has evolved to surround the society game. The Terminus meme is a truly unique phenomenon, with roots both in and out of character that have allowed it to flourish and take on a high degree of sociocultural significance among Terminators in every sense of the demonym. When one critically examines these memes through a linguistic anthropological lens, it becomes clear that as the mode of humor has evolved and continues to do so, it is able to bridge uptime, downtime, and time out while maintaining minimal blurring of the line of the classic IC/OC divide.

“When The Board gives you a resignation letter, don’t resign. Make The Board take the resignation letter back! Get mad! I don’t want your damn resignation, what the hell am I supposed to do with this? Demand to see The Board’s manager! Make The Board rue the day it thought it could give Dane Lawrence an early resignation! Do you know who I am? I’m the man who’s gonna fake the end of the world! With the resignation letter! I’m gonna get my engineers at Bibere to invent a combustible piece of paper that burns your reactors down!”
- Dane Lawrence (Unprompted)
I freaking hate Carlene. I know what you’re thinking, this is some kind of funny joke, but no. Carlene is a piece of dirt. A damn rat (metaphorically) got picked over actual people at an election and he’s supposed to be a hero? And I can’t even tell you how many damn times I’ve seen a great parking space only to turn the corner and realise Carlene has already demolished it for some stupid project. He took my wife and the kids and my house and my job. I swear to the other gods, I’m going to kill myself and take that goddamn rodent (metaphorical) to hell with me. Carlene has ruined my family. Last downtime, I approached the miserable rat-sympathiser in the street, and asked him for his autograph, because my co-worker is a huge fan. The freaking rat gave me the autograph and told me to murder innocents. Later, when I gave my colleague the autograph he started crying and said he hated me. Turns out the rat-helper didnt write his autograph, no, he wrote “I will kill you unless you leave the cultists alone”. I’m now divorced, and planning a huge class-action lawsuit against the white devil that ruined my life. Your time is almost over, Carlene. All the people you’ve wronged will rise against you.
