About: Azriel first appeared to most of the population of Terminus as a teenager, on trial for multiple counts of theft. With the help of Richard Henley’s argument for a rehabilitative verdict, it was decided by the vote of a slim majority that they would carry out community service as Henley’s assistant in the Director’s Office. Despite their community service term having long ended, they remain there to this day. It appears their mentor and mentee relationship has strengthened to the point that Azriel has taken on Richard’s last name, acting in every way as his dutiful child.
